A model of a Rider Ericsson hot air engine driven water pump
An exhibition quality model of a Rider Ericsson hot air engine driven water pump with water jacketed power cylinder 2in. bore x 1in. stroke, the displacer cylinder above the firebox, the two connected by cranks and links, spoked flywheel and cylinder mounted water pump with priming cup, expansion dome and other details.
The engine is ¼ scale and is a model of a water-pumping engine produced in the late 1800's and early 1900's by the Rider-Ericsson Co. The engine measures 23 x14 x 8 inches.
