1" Scale 'Minnie' Traction Engine - SOLD

A finely made 1" Scale 'Minnie' traction engine to the design by L C Mason of a freelance contractors engine. The model is described in 'Model Engineer Vol.135-136'. The model features a cooper boiler, fine rivet work, spoked flywheel, safety valve, ratchet lubricator, Stephenson's link reverse gear, scale oil cups, working winch drum with cable and fairleeds, sight glass and other ancillaries.

The model is currently unpainted but 100% complete. The standard of workmanship is high and all parts of the model work correctly. The motion is smooth and the flywheel turns freely. The Model is unsteamed and sadly no boiler certificate is available.
